PARTICIPATION FEE

The training fee options below have been created to honor the time, care, and energy invested by the hosting and facilitation team, while also inviting the flow of abundance within our community. To support inclusivity while ensuring this international training remains viable, we offer a 3-tiered fee structure:

Independent participants / Small NGO/ enterprises (<10 employees): ₹29,000  (Euro 350)

Large NGOs / Government / Academia: ₹39,000 (Euro 450)

Corporate / International Organisations / Internationals: ₹49,000 (Euro 550)

We recognise that each participant arrives from different sectors, countries, currencies and lived realities. To keep the training accessible while ensuring that the full costs of the workshop are met, we are using a contribution-based, cross-subsidy model. This allows participants with greater access to financial resources to directly support those with fewer financial means, helping us hold a diverse and balanced group.

Participants are invited to choose the category that best reflects their current access to financial and institutional resources, holding both what you are able to offer and the value you receive in this collective learning space. If you are able to give the full amount, we welcome it!

It helps us provide more scholarships and is a big help. Everyone contributing what they can, and a little more, helps us to have a broad spectrum of participation on which the training thrives.

Your contribution covers training & facilitation, coaching, workbook, training material, and all meals starting with morning tea on March 27th and ending with lunch on 30th. It DOES NOT include accommodation and travel costs or any other personal expenses. Options for accommodation are shared separately below. Please select the option that best supports your participation.

We have an early bird discount (₹2000 off per ticket) for the first 9 participants who register for the training! (filled up already)

Returning Indian AoH participants can also enjoy ₹2000 off!

Special discount for 3+ people from the same organisation (10% off)

(Please note that the discounts cannot be combined!)

SCHOLARSHIPS & ACCESSIBILITY

It is our intention to make this training accessible to participants from different socio-economic backgrounds, especially to those working in and with grassroots communities.

If you believe that this training is the right place for you and that there is a calling for you to attend, please do not let money stand in the way of your participation. If the minimum contribution of ₹29,000 feels inaccessible, we invite you to reach out to us directly at artofhostingindia[@]gmail.com. We will do our best to explore possibilities for you to join us within our constraints. In the end, this is about creating the diverse community we wish to see, and that means recognizing that each of us has different capacities to contribute. We do ask that everyone take a stretch to give a little more than what may be comfortable, but without creating hardships for you.

We will review each request with care. Please remember that scholarships are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the team. We will look at the gifts and abundance received and will communicate if we can support your participation.
